If you like steak the best steak house I've been to is in New York, wolfgangs it's called. Amazing, far better than Gouchos and Goodmans.
Good places to eat in orlando are red lobster, the NBC sorts bar and grill at Universal, Longhorn is a good steak house too.
Disney is great but if you've got teenagers they'll prefer universal. Stay for a couple of nights in a hotel at Universal, we stayed in the lowed royal Pacific, you get free express passes. It's cheaper to stay there and get these free than buy them. Harry Potter rides are the absolute bollocks. You get early entry for these too if you stay there. Make the most of the hour and go straight to the queue for the Harry Potter main ride.
When you go to Disney book your fast passes 30 days before you visit the park once you've bought your tickets and registered. It's 30 days from the day you're using them so you have to bookmark every day. Boom them from the earliest time and all in a short window, i.e. 9,10,11 as you can book another as soon as they're all used. Wifi everywhere so jump on the app and book whatever is available and quickest available head straight there do it and book another one!! You won't queue for too many then. You will have to queue for Snow White but it's well worth it.
